Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp whipped honey (plus extra to drizzle)

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • ½ tsp Luna Vanilla Bean Extract

  • 2 shots freshly brewed espresso

  • Ice cubes

  • ¾ cup milk of your choice (dairy or plant-based)


Method

1. Whip the Honey & Vanilla
In a small bowl, whisk together the whipped honey, Luna Vanilla Bean Extract, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and glossy. The salt should enhance the honey’s natural sweetness — not overpower it.

2. Blend with Espresso
Brew two shots of espresso and pour them over the honey mixture while still warm. Stir gently until the honey dissolves, releasing the fragrance of real vanilla.

3. Assemble the Latte
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in your milk of choice, then top with the salted honey espresso blend. Swirl gently to create a marbled effect.
